Spring
Little flowers lift up their heads,
Tiny blossoms, peeping out from the depths.
The warmth, it beckons,
Sun lights the way,
Cold, hard earth thaws.
Roots have room to spread,
The world is no longer dead.
As Spring comes with the turn of the globe,
And we can do nothing but powerlessly watch,
As Sun and Earth engage, and the seasons change.
Li Carter is a writer, artist and crafter. Her favourite thing in the world is to create. She loves stories and will consume them in any way that she can, whether that is by reading, listening or watching them.
She lives in South Wales, UK, with her parents and two rescue dogs.

Writing is more than a hobby to her. It is something that she cannot imagine being without. In her mind, writing is as important as breathing.
